I evaluate my resources from point of view because I can see what others think about the paper and not only can I read it and understand it. Also the bias of the paper is what the person is writing about and how he/she feels about the paper and how the paper is written and whether or no the paper is relevent to my project and I can see where he/she found the information to the paper.
